Complete solution to monitor subjects with symptoms related to COVID-19.
Introduction:
The system consists of Apps and technical solutions for home patients with symptoms potentially related to COVID-19. The main purpose is the active monitoring of the health conditions of the citizen, it can be used by all citizens and in particular by those subject to fiduciary/obligatory isolation.
Architecture:
The project consists of 4 interconnected systems that communicate in real time.
- Back-end with APIs used by all systems and possibilities of interoperability with third parties.
- Back-office from Web made for Administrative Management, Industry Operators.
- App native iOS for citizen monitoring.
- App native Android for citizen monitoring.
Covid Dashboard access for Operators
Functionality for the citizen via App:
- Tutorial introductory (onboarding).
- Identification of the user via Email or social network account.
- Monitoring health status via multiple parameters (customizable).
- Periodic Push notifications to update health status.
- Geo-location via GPS coordinates of the mobile device.
Indicators and Measurements Customization
The platform is also wide customizable in every single component since it is a tailor-made platform in every part and it is not an adaptation of existing technologies (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal or other CMS/CRM).

- Multi-factor authentication (also with OTP code).
- Dashboard for viewing/insertion/editing citizens.
- Synthesis frame with the status of the monitoring.

The other fundamental component of the platform are obviously the data that it manages to capture and organize and that are of great interest to the Administrative Departments. Through these interactive infographics operators can quickly have a summary of the global situation and observe its progress over time.

The platform is realized with a login system with crittography and access also through Apple/Google or the most common social channels, in this way citizens do not need to register on the system but their data are automatically acquired and their information space will be already pre-filled. This technology guarantees maximum security as it uses consolidated encryption protocols and guarantees access only to users already verified.
Developments being implemented
The Covid #IoRestoACasa platform is constantly evolving, the Team of NAXE Engineers are updated daily on all future developments regarding the COVID-19. New implementations arise from the constant updating, some of them are:
- Reading measurement parameters via Bluetooth from enabled medical devices;
- Integration of a video call system inside the App (based on WebRTC) with the possibility to start the call both by the back-office (control centre operator) and by the monitored subject;
- Integration of Contact Tracing APIs released by Apple and Google following the new partnership on the COVID-19 emergency;
- Access to the App by the Medician who can view/add monitoring data for one of his patients;
Without prejudice to the possibility of integrating other third party systems or further customizing the solution in each of its components.
